1. The service
Furbello provides software for grooming businesses to manage appointments, customers, pets, teams, online booking, and customer notifications. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Team members you invite receive role-based access; you are responsible for keeping those roles appropriate.
3. Trials and billing
New businesses receive a free trial. We will always communicate pricing clearly before charging anything. You may cancel at any time.
4. Your data
The customer, pet, and appointment data your business enters belongs to your business. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, sending appointment reminders to your customers on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
- Only message customers who have a relationship with your business.
- Respect SMS consent; do not attempt to bypass opt-outs.
- Do not attempt to access another business's data or disrupt the service.
6. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Furbello fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furbello is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in the product before they take effect.
