Questions groomers ask us
Every new business gets a 14-day trial — no credit card required. Set up services, invite your team (salon trials include up to 3 staff seats, mobile trials include 1), take real bookings, and run real appointments. The trial even includes 25 test text messages so you can feel SMS reminders working; your full monthly SMS allowance unlocks when you pick a plan.
You pick a plan and keep going — nothing is deleted. If you need more time to decide, your data stays safe; the workspace simply pauses until you subscribe.
Pick a Mobile plan and choose Hybrid at sign-up. Mobile plans include everything salon plans have, so you run both sides of the business — in-salon visits, house calls, and pickups — from one account and one calendar.
Each plan includes monthly texts (250 on Solo, 750 on Studio, 1,500 on Growth). Every standard reminder, confirmation, or update counts as one text, however long your business name is. If you write your own wording, a message counts one text per 160 characters, and the editor shows the count as you type. Texts only go to clients who have agreed to them, and STOP and START replies are handled automatically.
Your plan's monthly texts stay the same, and you are never charged extra without choosing to. If a busy month uses them up, you can buy a text pack from Billing: 200 for $5, 400 for $10, 1,000 for $25, 2,000 for $50. Pack texts are used only after your monthly texts run out, and they never expire. Emails keep going either way.
For grooming payments, no — and that's deliberate. You keep using the Square, Clover, cash drawer, or terminal you already trust; Furbello shows the exact total to charge, records what was collected (including tips and split payments), and gives you the reports. For online booking deposits, you can connect your own Square or Stripe account and Furbello collects the deposit before the slot is confirmed. You can also keep a client's card on file and charge your no-show or late-cancellation fee in one tap, with the client's written agreement recorded.
Anytime. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically through Stripe, and take effect immediately.
