Every new business gets a 14-day trial — no credit card required. Set up services, invite your team (salon trials include up to 3 staff seats, mobile trials include 1), take real bookings, and run real appointments. The trial even includes 15 test text messages so you can feel SMS reminders working; your full monthly SMS allowance unlocks when you pick a plan.
You pick a plan and keep going — nothing is deleted. If you need more time to decide, your data stays safe; the workspace simply pauses until you subscribe.
Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance (250 on Solo, 750 on Studio, 1,500 on Growth). If you go over, extra segments are tracked at $0.04 each so there are never surprise blowouts. Texts are only ever sent to customers who've given consent, with STOP/START handled automatically.
For grooming payments, no — and that's deliberate. You keep using the Square, Clover, cash drawer, or terminal you already trust; Furbello shows the exact total to charge, records what was collected (including tips and split payments), and gives you the reports. For online booking deposits, you can connect your own Square or Stripe account and Furbello collects the deposit before the slot is confirmed.
Anytime. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically through Stripe, and take effect immediately.
