On a Mac using Safari: with your dashboard open, choose File, then Add to Dock (macOS Sonoma or newer).

Why is Furbello not in the App Store?

Furbello installs straight from the browser, the same way apps from Starbucks and Uber do. You get the newest version the moment we ship it, with nothing to update by hand. The app you install today is the real Furbello either way.

Is the installed app different from the website?

Same account, same data, more comfortable: it opens full screen from its own icon, with no browser bars in the way, and it can send you push notifications for new bookings.

Does it need a connection?

Yes, same as the website. Your calendar, customers, and payments are always live, so nothing gets out of sync between your phone and your computer.

Do my staff install it too?

Yes, anyone on your team can install it on their own phone with the same steps and log in with their own account. Groomers see their schedule; you control permissions from the Team page.
